Keller Kitchen Project – Part 1

This project is a kitchen that we will be remodeling for a client that Curb Appeal Renovations has done some projects for in the past.  They are a great couple to work for and we are looking forward to starting next week. We will be posting updates as the different stages of construction are complete.

The plan is to put in new DeWils custom cabinets in Cherry wood with a beautiful Autumn Cherry stain. The custom built wood vent hood cover will be stained to match the cabinets. They have also selected a beautiful piece of Brazilian Jewel granite for the countertops. In the area of plumbing they have chose a beautiful Blanco Precis sink in Anthracite that will be undermounted. The faucet will be a beautiful Delta Addison in Oil Rubbed Bronze with the super cool Touch Technology. They have also chosen to use black glass applicances for the refigerator, oven, cooktop, dishwasher and warming drawer. So what will all of this look like all together you ask??? Well, that is the beauty of having a Design/Build Team. The homeowners we work with get a sneak peek. Here is a 3D Rendering to give you an idea.

The wood flooring in the living area was installed this week and we also painted the mantle over the fireplace black to give it a more cohesive feel with the rest of the space. Demolition on the kitchen begins next week!

Stay tuned! This is one of several projects we are starting over the next few months. Follow along to see the work in progress as well as the final product.
